Calling himself “A Child Of The Blues” Michael Jerome Browne revisits the songs
of his youth – those that he learned to play when he first picked up a guitar and
that stuck with him through nearly five decades as a Roots music performer and
historian. This entire album was recorded live off the studio floor as a celebration
of being finally able to get musicians back jamming together in person. Michael
worked with a number of special guests including Harrison Kennedy, J.J. Milteau,
John Sebastian, Eric Bibb and Mary Flower.
