● “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

● “Service” refers to the Website.

● “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

All sales are final, unless you do not receive the correct digital product in your online account, or in the case of Compact Discs or Vinyl products (Physical Goods), the product is defective.

Refund Policy

In the case of defective Physical Goods, we will ask that you send an email to, attach a photograph of the defective physical products. If we verify the product is unopened and damaged or is defective, we will refund your purchase price and shipping cost.

In the case of Digital Goods that are defective, file corrupted, or the incorrect product ordered, or if the ordered product fails to be made available on the MyDownloadableProducts page in your account within 24 hours of payment, contact and we will email you a link to download the Digital Goods ordered.

We do not offer and refunds for Digital Goods unless we fail to deliver or are unable to deliver you a link to download the Digital Products ordered within 2 business days.

Returning Physical Goods

Do not return defective Physical Goods. You may dispose of the damaged Physical Goods at your location.
